黃凱波，2023年現任中山大學美西校友會常務副會長 是八十年代的國立中山大學的畢業生。 90年代來美求學取得國際MBA碩士學位，1999年來矽谷從事IT行業20多年，並參與了地產及金融理財及商業業務拓展諮詢等行業。 建立了多個團隊，嘗試過幾家創始公司（startups)。 2003-2004年帶頭成立中山大學北加州校友會並擔任創會副會長。
